The value of reputation and fiduciary duties
Good reputation is an essential intangible resource.
Externally, it fosters social approval, customer loyalty, attraction of the
best human resources, serenity of suppliers, trustworthiness to third parties in general. Internally,
it helps to make and implement decisions without dissension and to organize work in an
efficient and effective.
This Code of Ethics consists of the following:
- general principles on relations with recipients, which abstractly define the values
of reference in the activities of Blue Number;
- criteria for conduct toward each recipient, which specifically provide the guidelines
and standards to which the collaborators of Numero Blu are required to adhere in order to respect
the general principles and to prevent the risk of unethical behavior;
- implementation mechanisms, which describe the control system for compliance with the
Code of Ethics and for its continuous improvement.
The value of reciprocity
This Code is marked by an ideal of cooperation with a view to the mutual benefit
of the parties involved, while respecting the role of each. Blue Number therefore requires that each
recipient to act towards the Company according to principles and rules inspired by a similar idea
of ethical conduct.
